Work moves ahead on historic 55 Delhi St, Guelph, Ontario

With some delays for the planning and use of the building, we have started the work on 55 Delhi.  Walls opened up and new layer of insulation added, plans for a new elevator, new lobby,  and new tenants have kept us busy and looking forward to the building being a usable commercial site once again.
